Delivery Timelines

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimated and depend on seller dispatch time (typically within 24–48 hours of order confirmation). Actual delivery may vary due to courier routing, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

How Shipping Works

Order Placed
You place your order and receive a confirmation email and SMS with your order number.

Seller Dispatches
The seller prepares and hands over your package to our logistics partner (Delhivery) within 24–48 hours.

Tracking Activated
You receive a tracking number via email and SMS. Track your shipment live from your Orders page.

Out for Delivery
Delhivery will attempt delivery at your address. You may receive a call from the delivery agent.
5
Delivered
Package delivered. You'll receive a delivery confirmation notification.

Shipping Policy Details

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are set by individual sellers and displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. Many sellers offer free shipping above a minimum order value.

Multiple Sellers in One Order

If your cart contains products from multiple sellers, they will be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number. Shipping charges are calculated per seller.

Failed Delivery

If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to the seller. Contact our support team at support@ecombuyer.in if you face a delivery issue.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Our team will assist with resolution.
