Orders

Browse products, click Add to Cart, then go to your cart and proceed to checkout. You'll need to be logged in to complete the purchase. Enter your delivery address, choose a payment method, and confirm the order.

Go to My Orders. Once the seller ships your order, you'll see a tracking number and carrier name. Click the tracking number to view live shipment status via Delhivery's tracking portal.

Yes. Go to My Orders, open the order, and click Cancel Order. Cancellation is available before the order is shipped. Once shipped, you'll need to initiate a return after delivery.

First check with neighbours or your building's security in case the package was left with them. If still not found, contact our support team within 48 hours of the delivery status update. We'll raise a trace with Delhivery.

Address changes are only possible before the seller ships the order. Contact our support team immediately with your order number and the correct address. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Payments

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD is available at select pin codes. Payment options are displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and the seller's settings.

If payment was deducted but the order wasn't confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If you don't see the refund within 7 days, contact our support team with your bank reference number.

Yes. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. EcomBuyer.in never stores your full card number on our servers. All transactions are encrypted via HTTPS.

Yes. Go to My Orders, open the failed order, and click Retry Payment. This lets you complete payment without placing a new order.

Returns & Refunds

Products can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the individual seller's return policy and product category eligibility. See our full Returns & Refunds page for details.

Log in, go to My Orders, open the order, and click Return Item. Select a reason, optionally attach photos, and submit. The seller will respond within 2 business days.

Once the seller confirms receipt of the returned item, your refund is initiated within 2 business days. It will appear in your account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you believe the rejection was incorrect, contact our support team with your order number and photographs of the product. We'll review the case and mediate between you and the seller.

Account

On the login page, click Forgot Password. Enter your registered email and we'll send you a password reset link valid for 1 hour.

Go to My Profile to update your default address. You can also enter a different address at checkout — it will be saved for future orders automatically.

To request account deletion, email privacy@ecombuyer.in from your registered email address. We'll process your request within 30 days in accordance with the DPDP Act, 2023. Note that order records are retained for 7 years as required by tax law.

Shipping

Metro cities: 2–3 business days. Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–5 business days. Timelines are from dispatch date (after the seller ships), not from order date. See our Shipping Info page for full details.

You can check pin code serviceability on our Shipping Info page or at checkout. We serve 18,000+ pin codes across India through our Delhivery integration.

Shipping charges are set by individual sellers. They are clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout before you confirm the order. Many sellers offer free shipping above a minimum order value.

Selling on EcomBuyer

Register at Become a Seller. You'll need to complete email verification, mobile OTP verification, KYC (PAN, Aadhaar, bank account, business docs), and store setup before you can list products.

You'll need: PAN card (front + number), Aadhaar card (front + back + number), Bank account details (passbook/statement), and Business registration documents (GST certificate, partnership deed, or incorporation certificate depending on your business type).

Commission rates vary by product category. See our Seller Policies page for a full breakdown of commission rates, settlement timelines, and payment terms.

Settlements are processed on the same day as delivery confirmation. Once Delhivery confirms delivery, funds are automatically queued and transferred to your registered bank account via Zwitch — no waiting period.
