Conditions for a Valid Return
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals must be intact
- A valid reason must be provided (defective item, wrong product, damaged in transit, not as described)
- Return must be initiated within the 7-day window
- Product must not be in the non-returnable categories listed below

Refunds are credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add 2–3 additional working days for card refunds.
Refund Methods
- Credit / Debit Card — 5–7 business days
- Net Banking / UPI — 3–5 business days
- Cash on Delivery orders — Bank transfer (2–5 days)
